Our House features a comfortable, air-conditioned main floor with a formal
dining room that can accommodate up to 18 people seated or up to 150 guests with a buffet-style reception. Beautiful fresco and original woodwork makes for a beautiful backdrop for wedding nuptials and vow renewals. We have a piano that can be played by a pianist of your choice for music prior, during and after your ceremony.
Our front porch and lawn is a nice option for an outdoor ceremony.
Rental fees for wedding ceremony only, no reception is $300.00 for 2 hours. ($75.00 per hour for each additional hour or portion of.) Rental fee for ceremony AND reception with use of entire first floor is $500.00 for 3 hours.
$1000.00 rental will give you entire use of the house the day of your wedding and our 5 guest rooms the night of or prior to your wedding. Each room sleeps 2 people.
The Butler House utilizes it's own private caterer for all our catering needs. Our primary focus is to provide a reception with a menu tailored to your wishes. (Only outside food allowed to be brought in are special occasion cakes.) Charges for catering varies depending on menu selected and is in addition the house rental charges.
